Bought cheaply and adopted by the crowd as one of their own. Midnight Thunder is all heart: quiet at home, but under the lights he finds the late surge that brings the stands to their feet. Two wins from three against his blue-blooded half-brother Velvet Storm have made him a folk hero, cheap heart against expensive breeding.
